With your request in hand, we may share the relevant details and reports with the hospitals and doctors coordinating your care, and with travel or accommodation providers you ask us to arrange. We do not sell your information or use your medical reports for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and any reports only for as long as needed to coordinate your care and follow up, and for record-keeping required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are legally required to retain it.
